## About This Campaign
Gavin Rozzi and Britney Ferdetta are running as write-in candidates for both vacant Burlington County Democratic Committee seats representing Ward 3, District 2 in Florence Township. Both seats have been empty for years—no one filed to run.

### Britney Ferdetta (Female Seat)
Lifelong Florence Township resident and homeowner. CWA Local 1036 member. Bachelor's with Honors in Biology from Montclair State University, with research experience in UV radiation damage repair and cancer prevention.

### Warehouse Overdevelopment
Florence Township has fought warehouse expansion along I-95 for years. Warehouses approved in neighboring Mansfield send truck traffic down Columbus Road, damaging roads and quality of life. The Route 130/Florence-Columbus Road intersection is finally getting improvements after a decade of advocacy.

### Industrial Legacy & Environmental Justice
Florence absorbed a century of industrial pollution:
- Griffin Pipe foundry (1100 West Front Street): 293 acres, operated 100+ years, ongoing groundwater monitoring

- Roebling Steel: 1906-1982, federal Superfund, now remediated
